From the online store menu, you can select a specific product category or view all products. Once you have added your products to the shopping cart, you can check your selection, modify it and proceed to checkout. To complete your purchase, simply enter delivery data and select a payment method. You can also place your order by going to the My Account section.

If you would like to add a personalised message to your purchase, please enter the message in the “Custom Message” field at the time of purchase. The personalised message will be printed on an AUGUSTHA card.

The order amount will be charged after the customer validates all order details, including payment details, and then Augustha will send a confirmation email and notice that the product will be prepared for shipment.

All purchases made on weekends, holidays and the same day after 6 pm will begin processing on the next business day. If the customer wants an item that is not currently in stock, this process may take 2-3 weeks for delivery. To order, please send an email to info@augustha.pt.

All orders are delivered by DHL. In order to meet customers’ needs and expectations, Augustha uses DHL Parcel service for Portugal and DHL Express service for the rest of the world.

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday. The deadline estimated is 1-3 business days worldwide, from the moment when the order leaves Augustha’s warehouse. All delivery times are only approximate and there may be delays not depending on Augustha, which is not liable for any delays caused by DHL.

The responsibility of the order is assured by Augustha during the shipping time until it is delivered to the customer. For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery and this is where the responsibility for the order passes to the receiver. Delivery is from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of Saturday delivery in certain locations. Orders to be delivery in EU have no duties, so the customer will not pay any extra fee or customs taxes.

For the rest of the world, Augustha ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

If the customer refuses the delivery due to the import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees, the package will either be destroyed or returned to it’s sender, in those cases, any additional fee occurred will be the responsibility of the customer and original order will not be refundable.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched – orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are non refundable.

In the Track Order section, you can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided by DHL. You can find this number in the shipping confirmation email.
Before requesting a return, please ensure that you meet the following conditions:

– the products must be in their original unused condition with all labels, leaflets, any special packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered products cannot be accepted.
– the products must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
– the return must be requested within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery of the order.
– the product must be delivered to the post office within 15 (fifteen) days of authorisation of the return.

AUGUSTHA is entitled not to accept returns if not authorised by the trademark. Customers are required to review the products upon delivery and make sure they have no defects. If that occurs, the customer has the right to have their product repaired or replaced as soon as possible.

In this case, the customer must send an email to info@augustha.pt within 15 (fifteen) days after delivery of the product.

Once this request has been submitted, a return authorisation will be issued with all procedural information within 72 hours. Unauthorised returns are not accepted.

Shipping the product to be returned is free of charge if you use DHL. To make a return, attach the shipping DHL label on the outer side of the shipping box, which includes our return address. This label is included in the original shipping carton.

Upon receipt of the order, AUGUSTHA will check the integrity of the items before accepting their return. This may take up to 3 days upon receipt. The refund will be issued immediately after the return has been accepted directly into the Credit / Debit Card or Paypal account used to make the original purchase and in the same currency. Your account will be credited approximately one week from the date AUGUSTHA requests a refund, however, it is only an estimated deadline. The Customer will receive an email confirming the issuance of the credit as well as the full amount refunded.

AUGUSTHA has the right to deny any returns if the return parameters are not respected.
